Shipping & Delivery Policy

WPTerminal is an online software service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

1. How the service is delivered

• Account: available instantly after you sign in at wpterminal.com with your email address.
• Paid plans: activated on your organization instantly after the payment succeeds, usually within a few seconds. Settings → Billing shows the active plan and its renewal date, and Freemius emails the receipt and invoice.
• WordPress plugin: downloaded from wpterminal.com (and, once listed, the WordPress.org plugin directory) and installed on your own site.
• AI access: through the MCP server address shown in your dashboard, from any supported AI assistant.

2. Where it is available

The service is delivered over the internet worldwide, wherever Freemius, our reseller, accepts your payment method.

3. If access does not arrive

If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, email [email protected] with the order ID from the Freemius receipt. We activate the plan or refund the payment, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
